My name is Maricelia Dominguez, and I am a Latina/ Queer tattoo artist born and raised here in Sacramento, California.

I'm the proud co-owner of Les Tattoos. Creating this safe space has been my greatest life's honor and my life's mission. 

Growing up in this diverse city has deeply shaped my artistic perspective, as my work is predominantly influenced by the rich culture of my community. I started my adventure into this career at 19, where I got my first apprenticeship. This is when I learned the change that needed to be done in this industry. The love and safety my fellow lgbtqia needed. It also opened my eyes to the lack of diversity in this industry. 

Art is not just a profession for me; it is my passion, and I take immense pleasure in sharing my creations with others and fostering accessibility within my community. I love connecting and sharing stories with every individual who comes through our doors and sits in my chair to receive my art.

 From a young age, I embarked on a dedicated artistic journey, participating in numerous local exhibitions such as "Chalk It Up," "LCC," and various other prominent showcases. If you walk around this beautiful city, you'll see my distinctive tattoo work, serving as a testament to my skill and commitment to this craft and to this community.

 I hope to get the opportunity to tattoo so many more people, hear all their stories, and welcome them into my beautiful shop, Les Tattoos.
