I’m currently apprenticing under Mari (@Lilgutz) at Les and I specialize in handpoke tattoos! I love using handpoke for not only ornamental pieces but for creating custom characters. Outside of the shop I love to animate so being able to bring these lil guys to life makes me so happy. I’m now using the machine as well so I’m able to scale up my character designs and hope to transition into traditional Japanese styles soon.

I’ve always loved art but I never thought I’d be able to do art full time as a career. This apprenticeship has been such a blessing and I am forever grateful for the opportunity, my mentor and the artists in the shop that have been so inspiring and supportive. 

My goal in each session is to create a comfortable and fun environment! I want every client to feel that they can take their time when we’re figuring out placement/sizing and feel seen and heard. My family and I have a background in the practice of Reiki and I want nothing more than to implement the core values of this practice in tattooing. I believe in the power of intention and I aim for love to be put into every piece that I do. I hope to create a healthy and safe line of communication with everyone coming in to get tattooed so that they feel safe coming to me about their ideas or concerns before and after our session! 

I have flaming ADHD and working one dot at a time works so well with my brain! I will always do handpoke and I have a new love and obsession with using the machine but I hope one day to learn Tebori! I don’t have a specific style yet and I’m stoked to explore various types of tattooing! 

Outside of the shop I love cooking, family time, video games, and obsessing over a new project every month <3
